2large size boiled potatoes
1medium sized chopped onion
1ts garlic and ginger paste
1ts roasted besan
to tasteSalt
1ts chat masala
1/2ts black pepper
2eggs for coating
oil for frying

Mash boiled potatoes

Add all ingredients and mix well except eggs and oil

Now make small balls and press with your palm to make a shape
4

Now dip in eggs

Heat oil on tawa and shallow fry cutlets.
