Semolina and vermicelli tikki
Steps

Take semolina and curd and mix it until lumps disappear.. if required than use 1 to 2 tbsp water and mix it properly and cover it and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes add boiled vermicelli (80% cooked) in the semolina mixture and mix it.

Now add salt, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, rice flour, chopped onion, coriander leaves, capsicum in the mixture and mix it nicely...

Now grease your hands and take a small portion and make a tikki and coat it with vermicelli... Make all tikki like this

Now heat a pan and put some oil and shallow fry the tikki..

Serve it with any dip of your choice

Note : 1. you can add any vegetable of your choice..

2. If you don't have vegetables than make it without vegetables
