Take a bowl and mix gram flour, baking soda, turmeric powder, salt as per taste and make a fine and smooth paste, rest for 15 mins.

After 15 mins, add some water if the paste is thick! Add 1eno packet and 2tsp lemon juice. Mix the eno and lemon juice for 5 sec.

Cook the dhokla batter until the dhokla is cooked. Trasfer the dhokla on a plate and cut in pieces with the help of a knife and rest for some mins take a pan and add 1tsp oil, rai, green chilli for 30 seconds after 30 sec add the water, sugar and lemon juice as per your taste.

And trasfer the water on dhokla pieces. Dhokla is ready to serve.
