Diamond sakkarapara

Mix maida, wheat flour, sooji in a bowl, add ghee and mix well. Then add baking soda and salt and mix. Add sugar powder and mix.

Add water and make dough,and keep it aside for 15 mins.

Take small portion and flatten into chapati little thick and cut into diamond shape.

Heat oil in kadai. Once oil get slight hot put it in slow flame and add the diamond shaped sakkarapara and fry till it turns golden on both sides.

Once cooled keep it air tight container.
