In a pan add oil with salt and boil egg till done, remove shell.

In a mixi jar add fried onion, tomatoes, cashews, seasme seed, ginger, garlic grind to a fine paste.

In a nonstick pan heat oil, add all whole spices, cumin seed, whole red chilli.

Add grond paste, all powdered spices and salt and cook till well cooked and oil separates.

Add little water, add boiled eggs and cook till masala done. Switch off the flame, garnish with coriander leaves and kasuri methi.
