  • Halfkg yogurt
  • 1 bowlboiled chickpeas
  • 1/2 bowlsobroso phulkia
  • 1medium chooped onion
  • 4-5frozen sobroso bhary
  • to tasteSalt
  • Halfts black pepper
  • 1ts chat masala
  • Oil for frying

    Soak phulkia in water for 10 mints

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a an and deep fry bhary untill cooked

  3. 3

    Now whisk yougrt, add onions and all spices and mix

  4. 4

    Now add phulkia and bhary and mix smoothly and serve
