Ingredients

3-4 servings
  • 1/2 cupbesan
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspchat masala
  • 1/2 tspmetha soda
  • Water as required
  • 1large sliced onion
  • 1medium thin sliced potato
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Add chopped onions and potatoes in a bowl,

  2. 2

    Mix all spices

  3. 3

    Now gradually add besan, mix

  4. 4

    Add little water and mix, make a hard paste

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a pan, add mixture with spoon,

  6. 6

    Fry from both sides untill cooked

  7. 7

    Enjoy with ketchup or chutney
