Cooking Instructions

I have used leftover aloo pieces from salan & pulao.mash them nicely.add salt,lal mirch,haldi, harimirch,haradhania in aloo & mix well.

Make round balls from mashed aloo masala.

Make batter by mixing baisan,salt, lal mirch with water.it should not be runny.texture which can stick to aloo balls.

Roll potato balls in batter.keep oil at medium flame.add batter coated balls in oil & fry till golden.

Serve hot potato balls with green chutney & enjoy with cookpad.
