Stuffed Moong Dal Wraps

1. Soak moong dal for 4-5 hours.

2. Grind along with ginger and green chillies.

3. Add chopped onions and chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

4.Add salt according to taste.

5.For the Stuffing add oil in a pan and add jeera and hing.

6.Add all the dry masalas for the stuffing.

7. Mix well add boiled potatoes, mash them, add salt and mix well.

8.Add chopped onions and coriander leaves and mix the masala well. Onions well get cooked slightly, as we need a crunchy taste in our wraps.

9. Slightly mash them with the masher.

10. With the moong dal batter make the Chilas.

11. Apply green chutney on the inside part and place the aloo stuffing.

12. Roll them and cut them into pieces and immunity serve hot.
