Ingredients

4cod filets - about 5 Oz each
1/4green onions, thinly sliced
I slice bacon or turkey bacon, snipped into tiny pieces
1/2 pintgrape tomatoes, halved
2 tspbalsamic vinegar
2 tspolive oil

Steps

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Place cod filets on a baking sheet sprayed with non stick cooking spray.

Sprinkle green onions on top of cod, follow with pieces.

Scatter grape tomato halves around fish.

Whisk vinegar and oil together, and drizzle over fish.
6

Place in oven for 10 minutes, or until cod flies easily with a fork.
