Steps

First, peel the potatoes and cut them into long strips. Toss them well with cornstarch and salt.

Heat the oil and fry the potatoes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

In a pan, add a little oil. Sauté ginger-garlic paste, then add bell pepper and onion and cook until slightly soft.

Add all the sauces. In a cup, mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch with water and add to the pan.

Add honey and the fried potatoes. Mix everything well, then sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot.
