Cooking Instructions

Soak rice for an hour

Boil the milk for 5-10 minutes on medium to low flame, then add rice in it

Add cardamom powder in it and cook it on low flame for 25-30 minutes till rice completely mix with milk

Now add sugar then cook it for 5 minutes,

Then add almonds and then kheer is ready to serve
