A very easy yet healthy recipe for breakfast

Take 2 cup rolled oats & blend in a mixture jar to form oats flour. Now transfer it in a bowl.

In a bowl add finely chopped vegetables, coriander & mint leaves. Now add all the dry spices & ginger garlic paste. Mix well

Now add curd & mix. Add water to form a medium thick batter. Add water as required. Batter should not be very thick or runny.

Keep the batter aside for 5-7 minutes. Now take a pan or tawa. Add little oil. Pour the batter to form a round chilla.

Cook the chilla on medium flame. Cover the pan with the lid. Cook it for about a minute on both the sides.

Oats vegetables chilla is ready. Serve it with any chutney.
