In a bowl add wheat flour and knead a soft dough by adding required Water. Cover and keep aside.

Wash gobhi and cut in small pieces and grate it. Add salt,ginger,green chilli,ajwain,red chilli powder,cumin powder and chopped Coriander leaves and mix everything well.

Make small sized ball from the prepared wheat flour dough. Make a small round shape poori and place a portion of the stuffing in the middle of it.

Seal the edges carefully and make a round shape parantha.

Heat a pan or iron tawa on medium heat. Place prepared parantha on tawa. Turn it over and apply 1/2 tsp of oil evenly on both sides and cook.flip the parantha as needed and cook till golden brown spots appear.

Likewise make parantha from the remaining dough balls.serve hot gobhi parantha with tomato ketchup or curd.
