Any leftover vegetable in the fridge is perfect for this tempura 😋.

Mix your battles mixture together. The batter should be single cream consistency.

Add vegetable cooking oil in a wok, medium high heat. Dip your vegetable into the batter and gently drop them in the wok. Fry small amount at time until your vegetable cooked nicely golden and crisp.

Serve with soysauce. You can sprinkle some Japanese chilli (Shichi-mi tōgarashi)
