Ingredients

  • 200 gmrice flour
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 3 cupwater
  • 1 tbspghee
  • 1 cupdesiccated coconut
  • 1/ 2 cup Jaggery

Steps

  1. 1

    Boiling the water add salt ; ghee.after that add rice flourstir it well after some time rice flour turns into a nice Doug

    Now take desiccated coconut in a vessel add jaggery add one pinch of cardamom powder& make stuffing for modak

    Now take a modak patra put stuffed modak for steam

  6. 6

    Put gas flame medium. After 20 min ukdi che modak are ready
