Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsporso millet,
  2. 1 cupwheat daliya,
  3. 1 cupsaboot urad dal,
  4. 1tspn of methi seeds
  5. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Soak porso millet, daliya,dal and methi seeds separately overnight

  2. 2

    Grind them all in the morning and mix together

  3. 3

    Keep for fermentation for 5-6 hours

  4. 4

    Add salt to taste And Mix well

  5. 5

    Grease the Idli mould
    Keep the steamer ready

  6. 6

    Pour batter in the greased mould and place it in the steamer.

  7. 7

    Let it steam for 10-15 minutes
    Take out when done

  8. 8

    Enjoy with coconut chutney
