Ingredients

15 minutes
3 servings
  1. 2 cuppoha
  2. 2big onion
  3. 3 tspoil
  4. 1green or dry red chilli
  5. 1/2 tspginger and garlic paste (optional)
  6. 1 tspurad Dal and mustard seed
  7. Curry leaves little
  8. 4 tspCoriander leaves
  9. 1 tspjeera

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak poha for 5 minutes and drain the water.

  2. 2

    Keep a pan pour oil add chilli, urad Dal,mustard seeds and curry leaves.

  3. 3

    Add jeera onion and saute well.add poha and store well keep the flame in low.

  4. 4

    Add coriander leaves mix well and switch of the stove and serve hot.
