  1. 1 cupSattu
  2. 2chopped onions
  3. 2 tbspSprouts
  4. as neededoil
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 tspred chilli and green chilli
  7. 1 cupmulti grain atta/flour
  8. 1 tbsplemon juice
  9. 1 bowlcurd
  10. 1 bowlsalad

Cooking Instructions

    Gather all the ingredients.Take a bowl add Sattu, salt, onions,sprouts and lemon juice and mix well.

    Make a soft dough of multi grain flour. Make small balls and fill it with sattu filling.

    Make paratha and roast them.

  4. 4

    Ready. Enjoy with chutney OR Raita and salad
