Ingredients

1 cupwheat flour
1/2 cupclarified butter
1/2 cupgram flour(besan)
1 tspelaichi powder
1 tspbaking powder
3-4 spoonsmilk
Few strands of saffron
As neededCashew to garnish(optional)

Steps

1

Take ghee in one bowl add powder sugar and whisk till smooth batter.

Now add flours,elaichi powder baking powder saffron strands and combine them well by adding milk to make dough.

Now give them cookie shape and place them in baking tray milk brush all cookies now place them in preheated oven to bake at 180*c for 15 min garnish with pista slices
