Cut your yam and wash put in your pot and cook until soft.then allow to cool then slice in a triangular shape

Break your eggs in a bowl add your spices curry powder salt cut your Onion and whisk

Add veg oil to your pan and heat deep each yam in to the egg and fry.serve with ketchup or pepper.enjoy
