Steps
- 1
Slightly fry the paneer. Chop an onion and peel garlic cloves. Prepare 3 fine paste. First cashews with little water, poppy seeds with green chilies and little water, onion and garlic paste.
- 2
Add 2 to 4 spoon of ghee & add the jeera & a bay leaf. After that add the onion paste first and fry it for 3-5minutes until oil separates. Then add the poppy seed paste, greenpeas & keep frying for sometime in low flame so both the paste mixes well. After 5 min add the cashew paste and keep frying for 5 min & in between sprinkle some water so the paste don't stick to the pan. After that add salt and paneer and fry it for 2 min. Then add 1 small cup of warm water and mix it and allow it to boil.
- 3
Meanwhile add coriander leaves and keep stirring, after 2 min switch off the flame and cover it with a lid. After 5 min you will see the gravy has reduced and gives a nice creamy taste. Must try.
