Cut chicken breast into thin slices. Soak suya sticks in water and arrange them.

Mix the suya spice with oil. Marinade chicken and allow to rest.

Fry oilessly on a grilling pan on both sides for 2 minutes each.

And then grill in the oven for about 6 minutes on high flame. You could use the traditional open fire like I did too.
