This is an ideal starter, or a light lunch. Ham slices filled with mushrooms that are covered in finger licking sauce. Serve to your friends when entertaining and see their reactions.

Slice the washed mushrooms and saute in oil. Cut celery into small squares and boil in a little water until soft then set aside. While mushrooms and celery are cooling down, combine mayonnaise and ketchup, add Worcester sauce, salt, pepper, lemon juice, sugar and paprika and mix well. Add mushrooms and celery stir and place a spoonful of the mixture onto each of the remaining ham slices, roll them up into sausage shape, place in refrigerator before serving. Offer with fresh crispy salad. Enjoy.
