Cooking Instructions

    Mushrooms, dried scallops, dried oyster and fish Maw soak into water for at least 30 minutes to soften.

    Get ready a pot of chicken stock (can used canned or cooked by whole chicken)

  3. 3

    Once chicken stock is ready and boiled, add in all ingredients into the pot except Fish Maw.

  4. 4

    I like to use Low Heat to cooking soup... after an hour add in salt, sugar & abalone sauce to taste. Lastly, 30 minutes before serving add in Fish Maw to cook and soften it.... then ready to served.
