Steps

First add some oil in a pan and add ginger & garlic paste. Cook for 2 min on medium flame then add chicken mince. Cook until changes the colour & water dry.

Now add onions and cook for 5 min.

Now add all dry ingredients & cook for 2 min until masala well combined.

Now add lemon juice, green chilli chopped & fresh green coriander.

Mix well & turn off the flame.

Keep a side and let it cool

For dough

Add all purpose flour in a bowl

Add salt & ghee (clarified butter)

Mix until the ghee well combined with flour.

Now add water gradually & knead a soft dough.

Now leave the dough for 15 min & cover it.

FOR LAYERING THE DOUGH add 4 tbsp of all purpose flour into 4tbsp of ghee mix well make a smooth paste & keep a side.

After 15 min make small balls (perre) of the dough

Now roll out the dough like small roti & apply the ghee mixture & fold it in square

Leave all the square shape (perre) for 10 min

Now roll out the perra and place the chicken mixture into centre and bind the edges.

Bind them on top in round shape

Now fry them in low to medium flame until crispy & golden colour.
