First made ready paste for idli,as in a bawl,take curd,rava,salt and mix it well and put aside.

Then made masala for stuffing in idli.Take a pan,put 1 tsp.coconut oil in it.put boiled mashed potato and grated vegetables in it.Put all masala in it and wait up to cook well.

Then Take idli maker pot.put water in below side of the pot.Then grease all the deep portion of idli maker.

Then first take rava paste,put 1/4of eno in it.then put paste one by one in all the deep portion of idli maker.

Then in the center put this potato,beetroot ready mix in it.

Cover pack the idli maker for cooking of idli.after 20 to 25 minutes,check if the idli is ready or not.If the idli will ready then with help of spoon or any thing,remove it from the idli maker,give tadka to all idlis and serve it with sauce and chutney.
