Wheat and mixed millet poori with Potato curry

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and gradually add water until the flour is blended well.

Keep oil or ghee from frying and make equal balls and roll it to poori. Deep fry in oil/ghee.

For potato masala: take a pan and add oil, once it heats up add mustard seeds. Then add garlic and saute for a min. Add onions and saute until translucent.

Add slited green chillies, mashed potatoes, turmeric and salt. Add required amount of water and bring it to boil. Finally add coriander and serve it warm with poori or dosa.

Note: Semolina is optional. You can add non whipped semolina as well.
