Due to lockdown ķ for soya chunk biryani. Very tasty and easy recipe.
Steps

Soak rice for 1hr. Wash. Soak soya chunks in hot water for 15 min. Squeeze and wash and squeez.

Marinate soya chunks for 15 min with curd and powdered spice and pepper and turmeric salt.

Layering:

Add 1tbsp ghee in a 3 litre pressure cooker.add chopped tomato.add whole spice. Add rice.add soya chunks. add water 1 cup.Close the lid of pressure cooker.

Cook for 12 min on high flame.

Open cooker after pressure settled. Mix thoroughly.add 1 tbsp ghee and fried onion.

Serve hot.
