Steps

Put the flour, sugar, yeast, cardamom, milk and butter in a bowl and mix. Knead the dough.

Cut dough into 4 pieces (my dough was small so I only cut into 4 - cut into 8 if your size allows)

Roll each piece into a ball and let them proof for about 40 minutes.

Dust your surface, roll out the balls then divide each ball into 4 pieces and fry.

Serve and enjoy. (This made 17 pieces of mahamri)
