Remove bread slice edges by a knife.

Cut bread into smaller pieces.

Knead a soft dough with a small amount of milk.

Then heat a pan and place ghee on the pan for fry. Now make small balls of soft dough. And press than and make a shape like aloo tikki.

Then fry these tikki on ghee at the low flame of gas.

Make sugar syrup on another pan. Heat pan. add 1cup of sugar and add 1/2 cup of water. Dip fried tikki on the sugar syrup. Keep those for 7-8 mins in sugar syrup.

Now rashbhari ready to serve.please serve with your favourite ice cream, rabri, custards etc.
