Kathal kofta

#week2of5.Favourite lunch.Today i prepared kathal kofta,a famous dish of bengal.
Steps

Cut the jackfruit into small pieces and boil

Smash in plate with potato and salt

Then,add all masala without white pepper

Make a mixture in plate

Put oil in hand and make mixture balls
- 6
Now,take tomato pulp with salt

Take curd with masala powder and mix.

Next,fry the mixture balls in oil

Add more oil in pan with asafoetida and dry chilli

Then,add tomato pulp in pan and stir well

Then,add curd mixture in same pan in low frame

Stir it and boil with white pepper and garam masala

Lastly,add the kofta in it and boil for 2 min with ghee

Serve it with rice after prepared
