Steps

In a big bowl/vessel, put mashed boiled potatoes, soaked bhoodi, add salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala and keep aside.

In Plate, put each sevpuri tikki, for toppings put potatoes mixture, papdi, mix bhel, finely chopped onions, mint chutney and sev, meethi chutney over and serve as snacks.

For chutney; Add mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, green chillies, jeera, tamarind paste/pieces, blend it and put Salt as per requirement.
