Pumpkin cutlets
Steps

Take the grated pumpkin and squeeze it well to remove it's water.

To the pumpkin, add grated carrot, chopped capsicum and chopped green chilles.

Now add besan, corn flour, rice flour and mix well.

Add turmeric, red chilli powder, amchur powder, ajwain and sesame seeds and salt.

Mix everything well and give it shape of cutlets.

Coat these cutlets with sooji and shallow fry from both sides on medium flame.

Tasty and crispy cutlets are ready!
