Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 cupsGrated pumpkin
  • 1Grated carrot
  • 1Medium sized capsicum
  • 3Green chilles
  • 2 tbspBesan
  • 1 tbspCorn flour (yellow)
  • 1 tbspRice flour
  • 2 TspSesame seeds
  • 1/2 TspAjwain
  • PinchTurmeric
  • 1/2 TspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 TspAmchur powder
  • 1/2 cupSooji
  • As per taste Salt
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the grated pumpkin and squeeze it well to remove it's water.

  2. 2

    To the pumpkin, add grated carrot, chopped capsicum and chopped green chilles.

  3. 3

    Now add besan, corn flour, rice flour and mix well.

  4. 4

    Add turmeric, red chilli powder, amchur powder, ajwain and sesame seeds and salt.

  5. 5

    Mix everything well and give it shape of cutlets.

  6. 6

    Coat these cutlets with sooji and shallow fry from both sides on medium flame.

  7. 7

    Tasty and crispy cutlets are ready!
