Ingredients

thirty minutes
three
  • 3 cupsBesan for sev and bundi spicy
  • 3 spoonsRed chilli powder
  • As per taste Salt
  • 1/2 cuppeanuts
  • Same ingredients for both:
  • As required Oil for frying
  • 2green coconut or coconut dry powder
  • As required Grated dry coconut

Steps

  1. 1

    Make the batter of besan normal and divide into two parts.

    First for the sev make like a smooth dough and with the help of sev machine. Fry in the oil with low flame and fry crispy then make the dough like a liquid form and with the help of Puri frying call zaroin Gujarati put the liquid batter on the mould.

    And fry little by little in hot oil put the batter on the mould and tap on the kadai and fry the bundi then fry the peanuts and mix well and sprinkle some chaat masala onit serve in plate

    For the coconut crush take two green coconuts and take the malai from it and crushed in the mixer with the coconut water first time I made the crush and it's ready to drink in a glass.
