Steps

Cut the pork in cubes /slice

Boil pork with 5 slices of ginger

Remove pork from boiling water & ginger

Marinate pork for 15 mins with 1tblsp of soy sauce, 1 tblsp of dark soy sauce, 1 teasp of white pepper powder & 1 teasp of 5spice powder.

Marinate. 2 tblsp of soy sauce, 2 tblsp of sweet sauce, 1 teasp of white pepper powder, 1 teasp of 5spice powder, pinch of salt.

Stir fry, 6 cloves of garlic, 3 star annise, 3 cloves, 1 cinnamon bark, till fragrance.

Add in the marinated pork n stir fry. Add in the marinate n stir fry.

Pour in abt 1L of water. Cook under mid-small fire for 1hr

Add in hard boil eggs, bean curd, tau pok n cook for 30mins

Serve 4
