First of all preheat your oven at maximum temperature for 10 mins. Meanwhile, wash and apt dry the potatoes and cut them into wedges once dry. Do not peel them.

Take oil in a bowl and add all other ingredients in it and mix it well. Let the oil soak all the flavours.

Pour spiced oil on the wedges and shake them well to mix all the ingredients properly.

Line a butter paper/baking sheet or parchment paper on the baking tray and arrange the wedges in a way that they do not touch and stick to each other.

Bake them for 20 mins on 250°C. Take out once they are baked. You can serve them with sour cream, tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, cheese dip or any dip of your choice.
