Spicy Masala Gram flour (Besan) Omlette

Here is my version of Eggless Omlette. Being Vegan I can't use eggs. But can cook Omlette . Yes Eggless omlette with gram flour. Just add some delicious Indian spices and Tadka. It will turn out amazing. Try this out.

Spicy Masala Gram flour (Besan) Omlette

In a mixing bowl sieve gram flour and add all the spices mentioned for batter.

Add water little by little and make a runny consistency batter (slightly thick) and keep aside.

For masala stuffing. Heat oil in pan on a medium flame. add minced garlic and saute then add onion and stir well until onion soften up.

Add tomatoes and spices, salt, chilli, and mix well. Add some finely chopped coriander and mix well. Transfer it to a bowl.

Heat griddle or pan on medium flame. Pour a laddle full of batter on it and spread gently.

Let it cook for few seconds and add prepared masala stuffing on one half of it.

Fold it to form semi circle and cook from both sides.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with favorite dipping sauce.
