In a bowl take rava add curd, onion, tomatoes, green chilli, salt and coriander mix well

Now add water to get semi thick consistency and cover and set aside for 10 mins

If you feel so add a little more water and mix well.

Now take a pan grease it will oil and pour the utapam mixture and spread. It should be a little thick.

Now on it add Kanda lasun masala on it put a few drops oil and cover with a lid

As you find the upper part semi cooked, flip the uttapam and let it cook without covering.

Cook for 2-3 mins on medium flame and then serve and enjoy with chutney and sambar
