A very famous Hyderabadi speciality mostly served on Bakra Eid and remains a popular favourite of everyone from the city. However this can be made anytime other than the festive occasion for a yummy Lunch that is lipsmacking. Mixed parts along with lamb meat is used in this recipe and can be made according to one's choice and preference of spices. I usually make it for Lunch on the day of Eid with Rotis or Phulkas and along with Baghara Khaana. It tastes awesome on the day of Eid only. That's the speciality of this gravy or curry. But it can be very well enjoyed on any day by the meat lovers across the Country.
Happy Cooking Everyone!

Steps

35 minutes
  1. 1

Clean all the mixed parts and apply ginger garlic paste and salt to it. Keep it aside for atleast 30 minutes. Heat Oil in a Pressure Cooker. This can be done without a Cooker too if the meat is tender. But it requires a little bit more of your time.

  2. 2

Saute Onions until translucent. Add all the spices and the marinated mixed parts and meat to the cooker.

  3. 3

Pressure cook until done for 6 to 7 whistles. Do not cook for a long time. Let the pressure settle down before opening the lid. Saute it on a high heat stirring continuously until Oil starts floating on top. Adjust Salt and garnish with lots of freshly chopped Coriander Leaves. Consistency can be adjusted according to one's choice. Enjoy!

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
