It is a healthy breakfast. It tastes so awesome with chapatis. It is usually a sunday morning breakfast, enjoyed by many on their weekly off from their busy schedule. It is done just in a matter of few minutes and doesn't require much preparation ahead. It can be had with Rice too. It tastes equally yum. Hence it can be had on any day for Lunch and Dinner with Phulkas also. Hyderabadis prefer this for Breakfast mainly but my family loves it with Rice and Khatti Daal alongside. So enjoy it however you like it.
Happy Hyderabadi Cooking Everyone!
Enjoy Cooking with Zeen!

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

Wash the lamb brains carefully by just rinsing under running water without using much pressure and keep them in a strainer for the water to drip away.

  2. 2

In a non stick pan, heat oil and saute the onions until it turns to light pink and the raw smell goes away. Add the ginger garlic paste and saute for half a minute.

  3. 3

Add both the brains and stir fry them on the medium flame adding all the rest of the ingredients. You can add red chilli powder in place of the green chillies. Cover and let it simmer until done. Flame should be low.

  4. 4

Garnish with loads of coriander and serve hot.

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
