Boil the rice.

Boil the daal with salt and termaric.

Cut the potato. Heat the oil in pan. Add green chilli and methi seed put the potato and fry it for 5minutes add ginger garlic paste and termaric. Cook for another 5minutes add salt and cook until they turn golden brown.

For bhindi fry_ heat the oil in pan add green chilli put bhindi fry for 5minutes add termaric and salt fry untill they cook.

For daal - heat the oil in pan add cumin seed and chopped onion saute for minute add gingergarlic paste cook for 2-3minutes add tomato cook until they cooked add boiled daal.let it boil.daal is ready.

Tomato chutney- roast the tomato. Mix all ingredients and grind it.

For mushroom - clean and cut the mushroom.

Heat the oil in pan put all whole spices. Saute for minute add onion saute for minute add gingergarlic paste saute for 5minutes add tomatoes cook for 5 minutes add all powder masala cook for 2-3minutes. Let it cool. Make fine paste. Seive the puree. Heat the puree add mushroom. Let it boil.
