Ingredients

60-90 minutes
4 peoples
  1. 400 gmrice
  2. For bhindi fry
  3. 1/2 kg bhindi/ladyfinger
  4. 2green chilli
  5. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. For aloo fry
  8. 250 gmaloo/potatoes
  9. 1/2 teaspoonMethi dana/fenugreek seeds
  10. 1green chilli
  11. 1 tablespoonginger garlic paste
  12. TO tasteSalt
  13. 1 teaspoonhaldi/ Turmeric powder
  14. For tomato chutney
  15. 2medium size roasted tomato
  16. 2 garlic cloves
  17. 2 tspCoriander leaves finely chopped
  18. to tasteSalt
  19. 1green chilli
  20. For dal
  21. 200 gmtuar dal
  22. 1 teaspooncumin seeds/ jeera
  23. 1medium size tomato
  24. 1medium size onion
  25. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  26. 1 teaspoonginger garlic paste
  27. 1 tablespoonghee
  28. For mushroom curry
  29. 200 gmmushroom
  30. 1medium size tomato
  31. 1medium size tomato
  32. 1 tablespoonginger garlic paste
  33. 1 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  34. 1 teaspoongaram masala
  35. 1 tablespooncumin and coriander powder
  36. to tasteSalt
  37. Some whole spices
  38. 1 tspcumin seeds
  39. 1cinnamon stick
  40. 1bay leaf
  41. 1black Cardamom

Steps

60-90 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the rice.

  2. 2

    Boil the daal with salt and termaric.

  3. 3

    Cut the potato. Heat the oil in pan. Add green chilli and methi seed put the potato and fry it for 5minutes add ginger garlic paste and termaric. Cook for another 5minutes add salt and cook until they turn golden brown.

    For bhindi fry_ heat the oil in pan add green chilli put bhindi fry for 5minutes add termaric and salt fry untill they cook.

    For daal - heat the oil in pan add cumin seed and chopped onion saute for minute add gingergarlic paste cook for 2-3minutes add tomato cook until they cooked add boiled daal.let it boil.daal is ready.

    Tomato chutney- roast the tomato. Mix all ingredients and grind it.

    For mushroom - clean and cut the mushroom.

    Heat the oil in pan put all whole spices. Saute for minute add onion saute for minute add gingergarlic paste saute for 5minutes add tomatoes cook for 5 minutes add all powder masala cook for 2-3minutes. Let it cool. Make fine paste. Seive the puree. Heat the puree add mushroom. Let it boil.
