First add vinegar and salt into the chicken properly and leave it for 30 minutes

After 30 minutes add the remaining masala take out the chicken from vinegar and add lemon juice,red chilli powder, yogurt,garam masala and orange food colour,ginger garlic powder and leave the chicken for marination for overnight also tied up the legs of chicken with clean thread carefully (it will not break the chicken legs while cooking)

Then in double boiler or in the steamer put the chicken and steam it for 30 minutes,first steam from 1 side for 15 minutes then flip the chicken carefully and steam another 15 minutes

Then take a wok karaye and deep fry the chicken for 15 minutes in medium flame

Then after frying from both sides take it out and sprinkle some Chaat masala and enjoy it with raita,chutney salad and naan
