Now. Put in refrigerator for 2 hours so curd turn more thick now take cotton colth and put into cloth water comes out from curd and put into strainer for 4 hours and this strainer with curd put in refrigerator so curdd donot sour

And convert into hungcurd now mix with sugar powder and malai and strain in strainer transfer to bowl sprinkle elaichi powder and kesar milk (kesar deep into hot milk so kesar melt and milk turns into yallow colour) add pistachio almond and cashunuts crushed so ready to serve with puri dry aloo sabji it's fulltraditinal dish puri shreekhand aloo sabji papad salad aam ka achar jjeera rice and kadhi
