Ingredients

  • 8shami kababs
  • 2long burger buns
  • 1/2 cupcabbage julienne
  • 1/2 cup onions slices
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise to taste
  • 4 egg s🥚
  • 4 tbsp butter/oil
  • Ingredients for shami tikki
  • 3 kg boiled patatoes
  • 1 1/2 cup chanay ki daal boiled
  • 1 tsp salt to taste + 1 inch piece of ginger
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp zeera powder
  • 1 tbsp Corriender powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 2 green chilli 🌶 chopped
  • 1 bunch green Corriender and mint leaves 🍁
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp corn flour/maida
  • Oil frying for kabas
  • Imli chutney as required
  • Green chutney as required

Steps

1.30minutes
  1. 1

    Take a bowl,mash the patato and daal with all the spices and mix it well to make a round kabab shape, keep aside.

  2. 2

    Heat oil dip the kabas in egg fry the kababs until it becomes golden brown, now beat the eggs with lit red chilli powder and pinch of salt add it and fry it on pan, now toast the buns with little butter spread on it.

    Now spread the mayo, kababs, cabbage and onions and eggs to make a layer, then add ketchup/ mint chutney cover it with the next bund and toast it lightly.

    Now bund kababs is ready to serve with imli chutney / ketchup,enjoy it.
