Ingredients

  • 3 cupsboiled mashed potato
  • 1 tbsgrinded scotch bonnet
  • 5 tbsgrated onion
  • Seasonings and spices
  • 2-3eggs
  • 1 tbsbutter
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Add scotch bonnet, onion, butter, seasoning and spices to mashed potato and mix truly until well combined.

  2. 2

    Form small balls with potato dough and set aside

  3. 3

    Beat eggs in a bowl and set aside

  4. 4

    Bring oil to heat, gradually add potato balls in egg water and deep fry until golden brown.
