In a plate add flour add salt. Make a dough with water. Rest it for 5 minutes. Then with the help of a rolling pin make a thin shape chapati. Cut it with a circular cookie cutter. Repeat the process till dough ended.

In a pan, add water. Allow it to boil. Add dhoklis and cook it up till they get softened. And then strain the water.

Pressure cool the daal by adding asafoetida, turmeric, salt and tomato.

In a pan add ghee. Heat it up. Add cumin and chopped chillies. Add the cooked daal and dhoklis and boil them for 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander.
