Collect all the ingredients.

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing. Fry it for few seconds.

Add onion, green chillies, fry it for few seconds. Add tomato, french beans, salt. Fry for 2 mins. Mix well. Turn off the flame and let it cool down.

Put the curd in a mixing bowl. Whisk the curd, add little salt.

Add fried vegetables in curd, mix well. Add boiled rice, mix well.

For tadka--Take a small pan, add 1tsp oil, black mustard seeds, let it crackle. Pour this tadka in curd rice. Curd rice is ready for lunch. Enjoy!!!
