  • Gingers 姜丝
  • Spring Onion 青葱
  • Light Soy Sauce 酱油
  • Cooking Wine 料酒

  1. 1

    Grouper fish slide into pieces and arrange nicely for presentation purpose.

    Put into steamer to steam about 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add in spring onion and soy sauce and ready to be served.
